New Orleans Pelicans Schedule 2020-21

With the arrival of Zion Williamson, the New Orleans Pelicans went from lower-tiered NBA franchise to must-see team. The problem is that Williamson was injured much of the year and that allowed Brandon Ingram to step up his game; to become an NBA All-Star for the first time and win the the league’s most-improved player award.

Now both franchise players are back along JJ Redick, Lonzo Ball, Jaxson Hayes, Josh Hart and the newly-acquired Eric Bledsoe. Together it’s a relatively-young team that can put the ball in the basket. With natural next steps for Zion and Ingram along with younger players Hart and Hayes improving, the Pelicans look to make the playoffs this season. Zion Williamson came into the season and in shape, so no surprise he’s been killing it in the preseason; really showing off his aggression and touch. The Pelicans will need that in their first game on their schedule as they take on a tough Toronto Raptors team on December 23rd.
