When do the 2024 Women’s March Madness Brackets Come Out?

The NCAA releases the brackets during Selection Sunday on March 17th, 2024. The women’s brackets get released at 8 PM on ESPN. Their brackets lag release of the men’s tournament by a few hours this year. We’ll get to see the 32 automatic bids to the tournament prior to the show airing. Then, we’ll just be in suspense on the remaining 36 for at-large bids until the show airs.

The 2024 NCAA Women’s March Madness Schedule always starts with the First Four. The following is the overall schedule for the Women’s tournament. 

Selection Sunday Show (ESPN): 8 p.m. ET Sunday, March 17, 2024

First Four: March 20-21, 2024

First round: March 22-23, 2024

Second round: March 24-25, 2024

Sweet 16: March 29-30, 2024

Elite Eight: March 31-April 1

Final Four: Friday, April 5 at 7:30 and 9 p.m. ET 

Championship Game: Sunday, April 7 at 3 p.m. ET 

Where is the 2024 Women’s March Madness Final Four? 

The 2024 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament Final four is on April 5th, 2024. The games take place at Rocket Mortgage Field House in Cleveland, Ohio. The NCAA splits the broadcast coverage between the Final Four and Championship game up. The Final Four will be on ESPN. The Championship is on ABC again this year (ESPN owns both channels).
