If you wash your hands with plain soap and water, you will reduce immensely the risk of getting sick.
Here’s how to do it:
- Get your hands wet with water and grab the soap.
- Pass the soap throughout each space of your hand.
- Make sure to clean in between your fingers, the back of your hands, and any part of it that touched any surface. Do this for about 20 seconds.
- Remove the soap and dry your hands.
You can also use gloves to further reduce the chances along with a mask.
